STRESS MANAGEMENT “Stress” is one of the most common conditions in society. It is scientifically linked to numerous physical, emotional and mental health conditions. It is now so prevalent in society, we take it for granted and accept it as the norm.

This is a self-directed programme, which you complete on your own time. You can access the content via your phone or desktop.

It is with the Breath, Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy, we begin to learn again how to manage stress and its symptoms. Breath is an integral part of health and wellness. It connects us to the present. And it is present for us in every moment of our life.

During the training you will learn how to:

The Live Programme is available as a group booking for a minimum of 10 or more participants. The live training can be delivered in-person or virtually. It is entirely the responsibility of the purchaser for their participants, payments and booking of sessions. A €100 consultation fee is charged when discussing training requirements. The remaining fees are payable when training dates are confirmed. Dates can be changed with minimum 1 weeks notice. If changed within 1 week any costs incurred by 5 Elements will be charged prior to training.
