What is Health Coaching?
The 5 Elements Health Coaching Model trains your mind to apply positive and lasting changes in your behaviour, enabling mastery and excellence to become YOUR norm. During the sessions you will identify the fixed mindsets and negative belief systems that are getting in your way, by exploring areas of your life, including fertility, pregnancy, leadership, productivity, emotion, intellect, purpose, spiritual, career, family, relationship, social, health, activity, rest and finance. Sessions are held online or in-person.
