Do Nothing
You may be surprised that the 1st activity you are asked to do during a programme is, DO NOTHING! Now of course it depends on your current health, health goal, expected outcomes and medical history. When those areas are addressed, as you begin a programme, you will be asked to change nothing, simply observing your activities, behaviours, mood and triggers. When it is clear that your understand WHY you want to change your behaviour, then you will begin introducing activities.
In The Way of 5 Elements approach, there must be a health goal and a clear understanding of the issue and why it needs to be changed. It really is fantastic when someone identifies the need for change. Popular changes for health are to reduce stress, go to the gym, lose weight or quit smoking.
