you can say this Mantra “Love and Joy flows from my heart”.
If the thoughts persist, you can say to yourself:
“I know I have programming to be negative and that’s my inner critic. I know I have programming to be positive and that’s my inner loving voice. Thank you inner critic voice for speaking, now I invite my inner loving voice to speak”.
Allow the time for the inner loving voice to speak.
