I see you. I hear you. I feel you. And its ok
When you are challenged,
when you come up against internal resistance,
you can experience it as hurt and pain.
You may be drawn into personal drama or into other peoples dramas.
You feel ‘sensitive’.
Yes it is a sensitivity.
That sensitivity is a gift.
To be able to feel and experience your emotions, including pain, is a gift.
It helps you to process.
It helps you to learn.
It helps you to adapt.
So the next time you feel a strong emotion,
tune into your body,
to where it feels it resides within you.
Say to your Pain,
I see you. I hear you. I feel you. And it is ok.
Say it as many times as needed
