GRATITUDE

It takes courage to make the connection, to walk into my clinic, and tell me your story. 

People tell their stories in so many ways. There are words that people tell themselves, stories that are repeated or inherited, the retelling.

There is the physical and there is energy and the story they want to tell. 

My job is to hold the space for you to tell your story and to interpret, to find the best possible solutions to support your body, your being.

It is an honour, the essence of how I work.  There is the moment, when there is a heart connection,

sometimes it is a deep intake of breath,

sometimes it is an immense peace,

sometimes it is the stillness,

sometimes it is a deep relaxation,

sometimes it is more joyful expression,

sometimes it is tears,

always it’s courage. 

For me this moment where Miracles can happen.

I am witness to each of these moments.

For this I am deeply humbled and thankful.
