Excellent! By focussing on your lifestyle, you are already clarifying your health goals and areas for improvement. We will support you to dig deeper into your lifestyle assessment, to clearly identify the goals and create your optimum healthy roadmap.

Only if you wish to share. There is a 1 hour live class each week. All sessions include a welcome, introduction and meditation practice. Further content will be an activity, topic or a Q&A session.

Yes that is true. We invite everyone to participate in their pyjamas. The class is on late in the evening, a time when it is good for the body to begin winding down. So be ready in your pyjamas and set your alarm for the morning!

You need an internet connection, and a laptop or phone to access the online course. The live classes are on zoom. There is a private Facebook page also for support.
