I don't know where to begin

Most of us know when change is needed. And we know the changes and choices we need to make. And sometimes we leave it there.

Change can feel overwhelming and seem beyond our capabilities.

Clients will come in and tell me “I don’t know where to begin”. With their permission we begin with that belief.

Do you want change? It is good to explore your motivations. Why do you wish to change? Why now? What is the timeline for the current issue you want to change?

Remember at every stage you have a choice. Explore your choices.

One of your choices today has brought your here. That shows me you are already invested in your journey and your desire to make the necessary changes to improve your health and wellness.

Remember what it is you want to change.

Make a plan. Review and reflect on it daily or weekly.

Clearly write: 

I am free to make conscious choices.

I want ……

I will make the following changes…..

I will do this daily/weekly…..

I will review on…..

Begin today.
