A programme is designed to introduce the benefits of mindful practice for employee engagement, productivity, retention and reduced sickness and to demonstrate how it can transfer into your workplace. The facilitated process of engagement supports companies to define their needs, explore potential, address barriers and test mindful practices within their workplace.
