Group or 1:1 assessment and instruction in Breathwork techniques and practices from Eastern traditions, Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Chi also known as Prana, translates as The Breath of Life. Qi Gong literally translates as breath work.
Breath is happening all of the time. Work, in this training context, is a quality of intention or focus with our conscious mind during an activity or breath practice. Wherever our mind and focus is, is where our breath and energy goes.
Breathwork and meditation techniques have many health benefits. It helps to relieve stress, anxiety, nervousness, procrastination and doubt, by regulating and developing breath patterns for voice control and projection, public speaking, sport, leadership, motivation and confidence. Techniques benefit breath issues, asthma, anxiety, covid, long covid symptoms, nervous system and digestion, focus and mental clarity. Assessment and instruction are held in-person or online.
